This review is from: Six Pack Abs 365 – How To Get And Keep Your Six Pack Abs All Year Long (Kindle Edition) Balanced approach to fat loss.

Diet is easy to follow with excellent tips on dealing with hunger. Realistic expectation on how much one should loose and dealing with plateaus. The exercise explanations are well done (there are some photo errors on pull-ups). The programs are well rounded and broken down by levels. Geoff brings up good points on recovery.

The troubleshooting section should be able to help most people when they are in a rut.

Overall it is an excellent book and a steal. There are proof reading errors throughout but the message is still clear. Help other customers find the most helpful reviews Was this review helpful to you?

New Wrinkle Cream Is Often Full Doo-doo

Yes?

Well unfortunately, that’s not a good thing. First off, because you don’t even know if it works for the wrinkle community at large. Cosmetic products are released all the time and many of them end up being completely useless — meaning it’s no different for anti-wrinkle creams. Having said that, be smart and wait it out.

Let the rich guys & gals spend their money on the cream and waste their time testing it.

Within a few weeks, you’ll have plenty of reviews covering the reliability of the cream and whether or not it’s destined for the trash or for glory. So as you can see, by waiting, you’ll get the information you need without spending a small fortune on every new product that gets released. Secondly, and most importantly, if you move on to a new cream every time one releases, you won’t ever achieve the wrinkle removal you so desperately crave.

Think of anti-wrinkle cream as an investment — the more time you put in, the better the results are coming out. That being said, if you keep stripping away your investment with a wrinkle reducing cream, you have to start all over with the new one. So in layman’s terms, you’re resetting the clock every time you begin using a new wrinkle cream. In conclusion, if you’re using an anti-wrinkle cream and are achieving satisfying results with it, don’t be in a big rush to try something new.
